Norris W. Coiner, USAF Retired Major., passed away 02/09/2012 at the age of 91. Norris was always proud of his 28 years of service to his country, including WWII, Korea and Vietnam. A resident of Phoenix since 1970, he is survived by his wife, Jennie Coiner, daughter, Priscilla Coiner Herrier; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Private services and interment were held at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale, AZ, on 02/14/2012. Arrangements under the direction of Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, Glendale, AZ.
