She was born December 7, 1935 in Hagerstown Maryland to Raymond and Sarah Cline.
Patsy and her husband moved to Phoenix , Arizona in 1962, and bought a small grocery store. Afterword's she was a server at central phoenix's iconic restaurant , The Beefeaters for 25 years. Her love of flowers then led her into floristry.
Patsy had numerous hobbies including fishing and boating at Lake Powell, making crafts, and caring for her beloved dogs.
She is survived by daughter Robin Carey, sons Mickey Lewis and Ben Lewis, granddaughters Aubrey Carey, Brandy Lewis, Lindsey Williams, great grandson Jace Carey, and her two dogs Fritz and Tipper.
