Patti L Malone, 51, of Peoria, Arizona, passed on September 27, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. She is survived by her parents John and Bernice Bushofsky, two sisters; Karen and Debbie (Steve), one brother; Wayne, three nephews, five nieces, many family members and close friends. A visitation is scheduled at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale Arizona 85301 on Wednesday, October 2nd, 2013 from 9 a.m to 11 a.m with services starting at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery (Glendale).
