Becky lost her mother Elia in July of 1993. She has since then been a closer part of our immediate family. Our kids gave her the love she needed to heal from her loss and grief. She enjoyed watching her nieces and nephews. She had so much fun with all of them. Most especially dear to her heart were the infant babies. In 1997, she begin volunteering at Good Samaritan Society- Peoria Good Shepherd. She took pride in giving the best care to keep the residents safe, for 18 years. In addition, she would volunteer at her nieces and nephews school. She also loved assisting the teachers with classroom activities, field trips and bringing birthday cupcakes she baked especially for them. She loved to color, find A word puzzles, crafts, loved shopping for purses and little gifts.
Even during the pandemic Becky made us feel connected on FaceTime, sending us her artistic home made cards, crafts and favorite colorings.
She also loved to be a participant in events big and small. Anywhere there were people, Becky was there.
We will miss her daily calls, checking in on her sweetheart Canela, paws and always asking for the kids.
