

Reynaldo Carrillo, a beloved resident of Glendale, Arizona, went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2025, at the age of 82. Born on December 18, 1942, Reynaldo was known for his hard-working, kind-hearted, brave, compassionate, resilient, generous, patient, and wise nature.
Reynaldo proudly served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War and in the Army during the Gulf War/Desert Storm. After his distinguished military service, he retired from the postal service.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Lorenza, and his loving children: daughters Valerie, Deborah, Christina, and son Michael. Reynaldo was blessed with nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by many of his siblings and other extended family members. Reynaldo was predeceased by his parents, grandson Robert, sister Socorro, and brother Samuel.
In his personal life, Reynaldo enjoyed golf, archery, and watching his favorite shows, including Jeopardy, Game of Thrones, and The Sopranos. He loved traveling with his wife and cherished being a part of all family gatherings. Reynaldo was a true American hero, and his presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service to celebrate Reynaldo's life will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, on July 24, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
Following the memorial service, a placement with Military Honors will take place at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 2929 East Pinnacle Peak Road, Phoenix, Arizona, on July 24, 2025, at 2:30 pm.
Reynaldo Carrillo's legacy of love and service will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing him.
