He was born on November 22, 1958 in Phoenix to the late Roberto and Eva Flores.
Richard is survived by his loving wife Mary Lou, children Melissa (Ernesto) & Richard Flores Jr., brother Robert Flores Jr., sister Elva (David) Torres, and a granddaughter Angelica Sanchez.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Veronica Reyna and a brother Reynaldo Flores.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing, on what would have been Richard's 58th birthday, Tuesday November 22, 2016 from 10 am - 12 noon at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. Funeral service will begin at 12noon. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale.
