Amelia and Irene...what to say?  I struggle to find the appropriate words.  I knew Bobby in highschool and we were close friends at that time. He was definitely the strong, silent type, but still so personable with his humor and smile. I have good memories, and he will be missed.  You have my prayers for peace and comfort in the days ahead. I met Bob through Willy B. He impressed the hell out of me, as well as many other fighters with his tremendous power. I believe he was a good person.Although quiet, he was a good listener. He was loyal and did what was expected from him, as he trained. I remember his pro debut and his moment of greatness. There are many fighters who Bob made an impression upon. He was a pioneer of the sport of boxing, for Arizona. I will miss the moments and memories that he gave us. Rest in peace bomber.

Bobby, I remember the day Cisco went to collage.Bobby told me I'm ur big brother for him.He was there,if he thought I was making a mistake he step right in &watch out for me.I love him like a brother.I'll miss him like a brother.But I know ur up there watching out for me still.God only knows why?I lean on Him for strengh.In the sweet by&by we shall meet on that beautiful shore.See u soon big bro.All my love to the rest off the family. lil sis, Berni

No words can touch on the sorrow you all must be feeling. I can only say that with time it will heal but never will it every completely stop to cause pain! Hold tight in know that he is with our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ! He is where we all yearn to be and he feels no more sorrow or pain! He has happiness we can only try to imagine.
