Shirley Mae Herrin graduated to eternal glory on February 26, 2019. She was born July 9, 1935 in Gonzales, Louisiana. She married Robert Herrin on May 11, 1958. They had 5 daughters, 10 grandchildren, and a host of great grandchildren. She was a devoted member of the Pentecostals of Phoenix Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Archille and Floretta Pierson; one sister, Betty Abernathy; and one daughter, Joan Herrin. She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Robert; daughters Shirl Lindsey, Jackie Caliri, Shelia Jones, Janice Klippert; 10 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Louis Pierson.
Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, in the West Chapel (Enter at the rear of building) on Saturday March 2, 2019 at 10am. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery 6450 W Northern Ave., Glendale, Arizona 85301.
