Stephanie Y. Moreno

Stephanie is known for her amazing laugh and the ability of her voice to travel for everyone to hear. She loved all kinds of food, but especially a good taco spot. She loved attending lowrider shows and going to swap meets. She loved giving gifts to anyone close to her, it made her happy to make others smile. Stephanie worked at the CORE Institute as a medical office scheduler, and here she loved helping patients and speaking with her coworkers. She was an active member of A.A. with four months of sobriety, and her meetings allowed her to make many friends and connections.

Stephanie is survived by her children, Cassandra Rodriguez and Xavier Rodriguez, her parents, Connie Sanchez and Gilbert Moreno, her stepparents Manuel Sanchez and Mary Moreno, her sisters Victoria Sanchez and Elizabeth Sanchez, and her nana and tata Enedine Perea and Juan Perea, and her nieces and nephew, and her many tios and tias.

Stephanie was a bright light that filled all of our hearts. She will be deeply missed.

A visitation will be held on May 7, 2025, at 9:00 am at West Resthaven Funeral Home, located at 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.

The funeral service will take place on the same day, May 7, 2025, at 11:00 am at West Resthaven Funeral Home.

A graveside service will follow at 12:00 pm at Resthaven Park Cemetery, located at 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.

A celebration of life will take place after the graveside service at 3 pm at Foothills Recreation and Aquatics Center, located 5600 W Union Hills Dr, Glendale, AZ 85308, in the Coyote 100 room located on the first floor.
