Victoria graduated from Palco High School in 1964, then worked for U.S. Department of Defense and then on to Business School in Denver, CO. She worked in Medical Administration for over 40 years in Hays & Scott City, Kansas and for the final 30 years in Phoenix, AZ.
She was a member of Trinity Cathedral Church in Phoenix and had a Passion for Helping and Serving others until her final days. Victoria was survived by her son Rich (Kristi) Wellbrock - Phoenix, AZ; Grandchildren: Griffin and Madeline Wellbrock – Phoenix, AZ; Sister: Claudia (Joe) Schroer – Philadelphia, PA and Brother: J.Paul (Joan) Yowell.
