William Anthony Tebalt, a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather known for his spirited and "spicy" personality which was equally matched by his kindness and compassion, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, at 5:45 p.m., surrounded by his children.
Mr. Tebalt was born on November 8, 1945 in Georgia. He was the oldest of four brothers: William, Vince, David, and Tim. Throughout his life, he took great pride in his family and the legacy they built together.
He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, which he remained deeply proud of to the end. His commitment to faith was also an important part of his life. Mr. Tebalt was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He cherished his faith, believed strongly in the Plan of Salvation, and held close the belief that families are eternal.
Mr. Tebalt is survived by his children: Jason Tebalt and his wife Viviana, Hilary Robinson, and Micala Rider. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense pride and joy. He will be honored at a Memorial Service at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Avenue, Glendale, Arizona, on March 17, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
Final resting place will be at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 2929 East Pinnacle Peak Road, Phoenix.
