Emilia González Vda. De Villela

Emilia González, viuda de Braulio Villela, nació en Guerrero, México, el 26 de febrero de 1924. Falleció el 2 de marzo de 2020. Era muy trabajadora y tenía una tienda de abarrotes. A ella le gustaba hacer diferentes tipos de comida, como tortillas hechas a mano, gorditas, queso fresco, tamales, champurrado y chocolate. En 1997, ella vino a vivir con sus 3 hijos, Alicia, María y Emiliano. Con mucho gusto y amor ayudó a criar a sus 9 nietos, 22 bisnietos y 3 tataranietos. A ella le encantaba escuchar música. Su canción favorita era "Cuatro Milpas". Ella decía que le traía recuerdos de su casita que dejó en Guerrero. En el pasillo durante su rosario, una mesa mostrará algunos de sus muchos talentos y artículos que le gustavan a Emilia. Por ejemplo, a ella le gustaba tejer. Tejía manteles, servilletas y tapetes. Apreciaremos cada tejido hecho para nosotros. Siempre estarás en nuestros corazones y en nuestros pensamientos. Hasta que nos volvamos a encontrar.

Emilia González, preceded in death by her husband, Braulio Villela, was born in Guerrero, México on February 26, 1924. She passed away on March 2, 2020. She was a very hard worker and had a little "abarrotes" (grocery) store. She enjoyed making different types of food, such as handmade tortillas, gorditas, cheese, tamales, champurrado, and chocolate (traditional Mexican hot chocolate). In 1997, she came to live with her 2 daughters and son, Alicia, Maria, and Emiliano. It was with love and happiness that she helped to raise her 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. She loved to listen to music. Her favorite song was, "Cuatro Milpas." It reminded her of her little house that she left in Guerrero. In the hallway during her memorial, a table will display some of her many talents and items that Emilia enjoyed. For example, she loved to knit. She knitted tablecloths, napkins, and doilies. We will cherish every piece she made for us. You will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts. Until we meet again.
