Omar is survived by his hija Celeste Pantoja; and his hijo Johnny Pantoja; his madre Emma Pantoja Mendez; his hermano Juan Pantoja, his hermano Freddy Pantoja and his hermana Yesenia Pantoja.

A misa will occur Friday, May 6, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 4343 Perlita Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90039. A graveside service will occur Friday, May 6, 2022 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Forest Lawm Memorial Park, 1712 S. Glendale Ave, Glendale, CA 91204.
