Frances Josephine Anderson

She is survived by her daughter, Ruth Williams (husband, Richard), her sister, Charlotte Stephens of Sioux City, Iowa, two grandchildren, Sandra Wentworth (husband, Chris) & Ted Day, Jr. She had 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Anderson, and her son, Darrel Upp.

Frances attended college in Iowa. She was proud of her service in the Navy during WWII. She retired from Federal Service in 1985. Frances was an avid crafter and always kept busy with some type of crafts whether it was crocheting, knitting, sewing, crewel, jewelry, ceramics, and many more. She loved working in her yard and tending to her flowers. She loved dancing and Big Band music and striking up a conversation with anyone. She loved telling jokes and funny stories or going out to eat with family, friends and neighbors.
