Jack was born in Davenport, Iowa and moved to Denver, Colorado in 1966 with the love of his life, Janice and their twin daughters. They had two more children and moved to Evergreen, Colorado in 1976. He was a treasured husband and daddy.
We miss you so much and can't wait to see you again. Jack is survived by his wife Janice; his twin daughters Melinda Jensen and Janine Parmley; his son Marc Gregg; his daughter Candi Stead; his granddaughter Amber Parmley and his grandson Kyle Parmley.
