Joan E. Libra

Joan Elaine Libra passed away on December 30, 2010 at Collier Hospice in Wheatridge, Colorado. She was an identical twin and was born in Primrose, Nebraska on December 19, 1934. Joan was a resident of Golden for 53 years. She is survived by her husband, Stanley Lawrence of 56 years as well as four children - Teri Barrett (Joe), Patti Auten, Rita Scohera (Nick) and Paul Libra (Lori). She is also survived by three grandchildren (Lauren Auten, Carson Scohera and Abigail Scohera) and her sisters Joyce, Rosalie and Martha.

Joan is preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Lillian Miller, and her daughter Catherine.

Viewing/Rosary Service will be held on Thursday, January 6 from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at Olinger Woods Mortuary in Golden.

Funeral Service will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Golden on Friday, January 7 at 10:00 a.m.

Joan will be laid to rest at Mt. Olivet Cemetery
