Abigail Michelle Tate

A native and resident of Hammond, she passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2012. She was seven months old. She is survived by her parents, Stefanie Michelle Forbes, of St. Amant, and Nicholas McNeil Tate, of Hammond; sister, Aliceson Rebekah-Ann Rankin, of Prairieville; brother, Caleb Joseph Forbes, of Prairieville; grandparents, Cheryl Falcon, of Prairieville, Michael Fontenot, of Gonzales, and Elizabeth and Thomas Johnson, of Amite; and paternal great-grandparents Abigail and Glenn Tate Jr. Preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Alice and Charles Forbes and Judy Duplessis; paternal grandfather, Glenn Tate; and an uncle, Matthew Joseph Forbes. A visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Friday, June 1, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Old Zion Hill Baptist Church, 25890 LA Hwy. 442, Independence, LA, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Old Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
