Blair Morgan Boutte

Blair Morgan Boutte, a cherished native of Lafayette, Louisiana, and a beloved resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on April 3, 2024, at the tender age of 29. Born on August 24, 1994, Blair graduated from Parkview Baptist School in Lake Charles, LA, in 2012. She found joy and expression through dance at Jill Listi Studio for 10 remarkable years, and she loved to play volleyball. Blair possessed a heart of immense compassion, particularly evident in her adoration for animals, notably her cherished dog, Lucy (Bubba), whose unconditional love brightened her days. A steadfast believer in the 12-step program and dedicated to working through the AA Program, Blair's heartfelt desire was to assist others in overcoming addiction, a battle she courageously faced herself. Blair was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Clifton Keith Beheler. She is survived by her loving mother, Betsy Primeaux of Baton Rouge, LA; her father, Ryan Boutte, and stepmother, Dixie, of New Iberia, LA; grandparents, Lucy Wilson Hamilton of South Charleston, WV, Laine and Ronnie Boutte of New Iberia, LA; siblings, Gabriella Gallardo, Nicholas, and Amie Boutte; aunts and uncles, Greg and Marissa Beheler, Leigh Hamilton, Andy and Amanda Hamilton, Ronilaine and Ricky Gonsoulin, Ross and Lauren Boutte, and Rusty Culotta; cousins, Payton and Nate Bays, Murphy Smith, Ridge and Rhett Gonsoulin, Riley Harrelson, Reagan, Reese, Reid, Levi, Rowan, Lennon Boutte, and Antonio Culotta. The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to The Grove Recovery Center in Sorrento, LA, for their invaluable impact on Blair's life. They also extend special appreciation to the Wilson/McCoy family for their unwavering love and support during this challenging time. A visitation for Blair will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA 70737, followed by a Celebration of Blair’s Life at 2:00 PM. Blair will forever be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and unwavering love for those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and courage that will continue to inspire all who knew her. May her beautiful soul rest in eternal peace.
