Bonnie Lynn Weaver Chidester

Bonnie Lynn Weaver Chidester, age 64, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Prairieville. Born October 10, 1950, she was the daughter of Hilda Marguerite Weaver (Redmond) of St. Mary County, Maryland and Jesse Albert Weaver Jr. of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Bonnie married James Roy Chidester in Woodville, Miss. on Jan. 31, 1968. She was a Homemaker, Loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. Bonnie graduated from Central High School, Class of 1968. She leaves behind her husband James Roy (Chief); two daughters, Laurie Jacobson and her husband Brian of Prairieville, LA, Angela Morales and her husband Keith of Gonzales, LA; a son James Roy Chidester Jr. and his wife Marianne of Billings, Montana. She also leaves behind two brothers, Anthony Weaver and his wife Kathryn of Manassas, Virginia and Brian Weaver and his wife Maureen of Plaquemine, Louisiana; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She is predeceased by her mother, father, and sister, Stacy Jean Smith. There will be a Memorial Service held at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
