Chad Michael Braud

A native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Gonzales Chad passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2014 in Port Arthur, Texas as the the result of a tragic accident at the age of 23. He was a pipefitter with Bechtel, Inc. Visiting will be at Household of Faith, 10469 Airline Hwy., Gonzales, La. on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 9:00 am until religious services at 1:00 pm conducted by Pastor Paul Rodriguez. Interment will follow at Household of Faith Cemetery, Gonzales. He is survived by his wife: Jessica Nicole Blackwell Braud, his mother: Kathy and spouse "Squeaky" Turner, 1 sister and brother-in-law: Gwyn and Troy Braud, 3 brothers and 1 sister-in-law: Brent and Kim Braud, Dexter Roussel and Norman Roussel,III, 5 nieces: Jenna, Madison, Jazmin, Savanna and Bailey, 5 nephews: Dean, Justin, Shane, Noah and Thomas and mother-in-law, Melissa Blackwell. He was preceded in death by his father: Ronald J. Braud, paternal grandparents: Wilman and Beatrice Simoneaux Braud, maternal grandparents: Alma Cazes Michel and Robbie Lee Hughes, Sr. Pallbearers will be C J Young,III, Norman Roussel, Alan Braud, Jr., James Templet, Danton White, Dexter Roussel, Brent Braud and Troy Braud.
