Charles Kelvin Smith, 68, a native and resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021. He is survived by his sons, Chuck Smith and Mark Smith, sister, Mary Ricka Morris and husband Shannon, Sherry Gautreau and husband Chad and Stephanie Mayeux; 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; nieces and nephews, Darrell Armstrong, Cory Gautreau, Allie Gautreau, Kyle Adibyazdi, Brittany Autin and Jacob Mayneux. Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Willie Mae Moreau; step father, Earl Joseph Moreau; father, John Pierson Smith and brother, Pierson John Smith.
Visitation will be on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales from 11am til service time at 12pm. Services will be at 12pm at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
