Danny Wayne Sehon

Danny Wayne Sehon, a native of Laredo, TX and resident of Gonzales, LA, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, September 28, 2018 at the age of 59. Danny was a retired engineering technician at DOTD for the state of Louisiana and was currently employed with DPW for the City of Baton Rouge. He was the most kind hearted, selfless man who enjoyed providing for his family. His happy place was on the bleachers supporting volleyball, basketball or hauling horses endless miles. He was loved dearly and will be missed. Danny is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda Ramsey Sehon; daughter, Sidney Ann Sehon; granddaughter, Sadie Ann O’Gwynn; parents, Willie Belle Hachmeister and Lynwood Dale Sehon; brothers, Michael Dale, James Mark, Robert Paul, and Brian Joseph Sehon; extended family, Joyce and Eddie Ramsey, John Hachmeister, and Pauline Tate. Danny is preceded in death by his daughter, Ramsey Alexandra O’Gwynn; grandparents, Ella Mae and Eddie Paul Aymond and Alma and John Howard Sehon Sr. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home of Gonzales on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 10:00 am until a memorial service to honor Danny’s life at 12:00 pm.
