Fulton James Lamb

A resident of Gonzales and native of Oscilla, GA, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Tuesday, August 30, 2016. He was 71. Fulton loved his family tremendously and enjoyed large family dinners. He was known for his hard work and his love of golf, dance, music, wood working and fix it projects. He could be described as a “jack of all trades and master of none”.He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Ronnie Sue Freeman Lamb; two daughters, Amanda and Dusty Boyd and Allison Wadhwani; son, Scott and Dawn Lamb; brothers, Troy Glynn Lamb Jr. and Larry Dillard; eight grandchildren, Danica and Jason Boyd, Bethany and Nathan Hardy, Isabella, Rohan, Riya Wadhwani, Victoria, Alicia, Christian, and Nicholas Lamb; two great grandchildren, Gavin and Bailey Boyd; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Elizabeth (Dillard) Lamb; sister, Ruth Ellen Shealey; and brother, Gary Dillard. A memorial gathering will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Saturday, September 3, 2016 from 2 pm until 6 pm.
