

A homemaker and a resident of Duplessis, she died Monday, Jan. 24, 2011. She was 84 and a native of White Oak, Ill. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Wednesday, Jan. 26, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday, Jan. 27, from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Frank Johnson. Interment in Hope Haven Cemetery, Gonzales. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Shelia Osborne Wheat and Jackie, of Poplarville, Miss., Bettye Osborne Lambert and Michael, of St. Amant; two sons and daughters-in-law, Van Clark Osborne and Antoinette, of Hammond and Michael Dale Osborne and Clara, of Holden; a brother, Dale Clark, of Baldwin, Mo.; 10 grandchildren, Tammy Temple, Lance Osborne, Shannon Stewart, Chad Osborne, Michelle Gibbs, Michael Jenkins, Melissa Lambert, Robert Lambert, Leigh Lambert and Susan Lambert; a stepgrandson, Lloyd Ashworth; 19 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by her husbands, Connie Lee Osborne and Ray G. Babin; parents, Harry and Nora McKenzie Clark; four brothers, Stanley, Leonard, Donald and Harry Clark; and three sisters, Ione Clark, Marjorie Coulson and Marilyn Quist. Pallbearers will be Lance Osborne, Chad Osborne, Robert Lambert, José Stone, Clay Johnson Osborne, Lance Caples, Dusty Stewart and Clay Stewart. Her one true hobby was bowling.
