He served in the US Navy from 1954-1958. He was Fleet Superintendent at Kean Redstick Laundry for many years.
Beloved husband of Dorothy Craft Gauthier; Loving father of Mark Gauthier (Lori). Grandfather of Josh and Josie Gauthier. Son of the late Elmo and Edna Gauthier. Brother of Sylvia Samson (Joe) and the late Marvin Gauthier (Georgia), Inez Helmke (Holmer). Brother-in-law of the late Oray and Louise “Teenie” Brignac. Also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy. Gonzales, LA on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Funeral services will be at 1:00 at Ourso. Interment will follow at Prairieville Cemetery.
