Helen Edith Weber Triche

A native of Reserve and resident of Whitehall, she passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was 74 years old. She is survived by a daughter, Cindy Triche Ware and husband Mark; son, Kevin Triche and wife Carol; brother, Michael Weber and wife Saundy; nine grandchildren, Alanda, Derek, Leslie, and Cedric Wilkinson, Shaunell, Kevin Jr., and Courtney Triche, and Carrie and Casey Ware; eight great-grandchildren, Jade, Samantha, Brayden, Josh, Zoey, Kenley, Kolton, and Carter; "adopted" children, Charlene Bordelon and Cherie Walber Hoyt; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dorrel and Mary Triche. Preceded in death by her husband, Melvin J. Triche; parents, Edith and Pamphile Weber; sisters, Joyce Weber and Irene Steib; brothers, Pamphile Jr. and Earl Weber; and parents-in-law, Lawerence and Lena Triche. A visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Thursday, March 8, 2012, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume at St. Stephen Catholic Church, Maurepas, from 9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., with Fr. Jason Palermo celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, Reserve.
