He was preceded in death by his father, Weldom “Buddy” Marchand.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah Witt-Marchand; his mother, Rose Helmers Marchand; his children, Amanda Falgout (Jake), Cory Marchand (Amber); stepchildren, Dana Witt Brown (Edcar) and Jonathan Witt (Brandy); 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; 2 Brothers Rodney Marchand (Susie) and Paul Marchand (Heather).
Special thanks to Baton Rouge Hospice and Dr Gerald Miletello for taking care of him in his last days so he could be in the comfort of his home.
Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation held at Ourso Funeral Home, 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA on Monday, April 11, 2022 beginning at 10 am with service to follow at noon.
