Kathleen Flash

Gonzales, LA -A lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Kathleen Flash passed away Friday, August 21, 2015 at the age of 92. Mrs. Kathleen Flash was an Artist and Homemaker, she loved Painting, Gardening, Swimming, Tennis and just loved being outdoors.

She is survived by her husband, Mark R. Flash, Sr. of Baton Rouge; 2 daughters Kathy Morales (Dennis) of Baton Rouge and Marylyn Daunis (Douglas) of Prairieville, 1 son Mark R. Flash, Jr. (Cindy) of Sweeny, Texas. 1 sister Mary Sue Bryant of Metairie, LA and 1 brother Joseph Allen Thompson, Jr, of Baton Rouge.

14 grandchildren, Dennis Morales, Jr (Janet); Danielle Hardee (Toby); Jessica Tekell (Joshua); Michael Daunis (Andrea); Kevin Morales (Michelle); Angela Kennerly (Shane); Tiffany Dilocker (Kevin); Geoffrey Daunis (Heather); Katie Flash; Joseph Flash; Liz Flash; Daniel Williams; Janna Clay (Cody); and Staceyann Williams.

19 Great Grandchildren Andrew; Rebecca; Zoey; Mack; Alana; Nathan; Jonathan; Chloe; Blake; Caitlyn; Lily; Zachary; Laynie; Ethan; Haley; Hayden; Tyler; Hunter and Jones. Mrs. Flash is preceded in death by her 2 sisters Jeanette Stevens and Camilla Miller and her parents Joseph A and Rosa C Rentrop Thompson.

There will be a visitation at St. Mark Catholic Church in Gonzales on Saturday August 29th at 9:30 am, a Rosary will be recited at 9:45am and Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am, Fr. Rubin Reynolds will officiate.
