

Linden was a loving husband, father and grandfather. A native of Gonzales and resident of Baton Rouge, he passed on Thursday, February 07, 2013 at the Hospice of Baton Rouge Butterfly Unit. He was 66 and a retired electrician with IBEW local 995. He was born on November 20, 1946 to John Patrick Graham and Nellie Helene Lear Graham. He served in the US Army Reserve as an E-4 from 1967 to 1971 and in Germany from 1971 to 1973. He was an elder at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints. Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 5pm to 9pm. Visiting will resume on Saturday, February 9 at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints, Gonzales from 10 am until service at 11 am. Burial to follow in Ficklin Cemetery, Gonzales. He is survived by his wife, Beverly Delmas Graham; daughter, Stephanie Lynne Graham and fiancé, Brian O'Neal Moore; son, Jason Wayne Graham and wife, Jami-Lynn; three grandchildren, Jessika Lynne Graham, Julia Bryanne Graham, and Conner Joseph Graham-Moore; a brother, John Allen Graham and wife Carleen; three sisters, Gwendolyn Nell Castex and husband, Carlton, Hattie Adonia Garb, and Cathy Almedia Clements and husband, Steven; numerous nieces and nephews; and the mother of Jason and Stephanie, Jan Dorsey Graham. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Glen Graham. He was an avid sportsman. He played basketball, softball, football, golf, bowling and a fisherman. He traveled to all but two of the major league baseball stadiums. He was the past president of the Men's Association at Webb Park. He was a contributor to the New Orleans Homeless Coalition, the Mid-City Burn Unit, and Renal Associates. He was instrumental in restoring the power and to the Mother in Law Lounge in New Orleans post Katrina. He had a passion for life and family. He was also a connoisseur of every Bonanza and Gun Smoke episodes. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the LSU Foundation Veterinary Cardiology Research in the name of Tootsie and Friends, LSU Veterinary Medicine, Skip Bertman Drive, Baton Rouge, LA 70803-8422. "One dog can't have enough friends and Lynn is one of our best" Tootsie.
