Louis F. Rouillier

A native of St. Gabriel and resident of Gonzales, he passed away Sunday, Feb. 20, 2011, at the age of 82. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He retired from Uniroyal Chemical, Geismar, and was a member of the Knights Columbus Council 2657. There will be a visitation at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, on Tuesday, Feb. 22, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visitation will resume Wednesday at St. Mark Catholic Church, Gonzales, from 9 a.m. until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Rubin Reynolds, celebrant. Interment in St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Pam and Bob Beachler, Jenise and Troy Braud and Bridget and Dane Beaver; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff Sr. and Taryn Tullier Rouillier; sisters, Marie Jackson and husband Ronnie, Evelyn Sanchez, and Rita LeBlanc and husband Lawrence; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Brandi Beachler and Jason Anseman, Shane Beachler, Lorenda Rouillier and James Deliphose, Jeffrey Jr. and Katie Rouillier, Jared Braud, Kari Braud Marchand and Jade, Hollyn and Kelsi Beaver; and five great-grandchildren, Andie and Luke Anseman, Nyla and Dylan Deliphose and Jude Beachler.
