Madolyn Cheryl McGraw Marionneaux

Cheryl Marionneaux, beloved wife, mother, and homemaker, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2013 in Prairieville at the age of 59. Cheryl was especially beloved for her warm, kind, and sweet spirit. She was born July 24, 1953 in Alexandria, LA. She graduated from Sheperd High School in 1971. She was a loving mother of two children and an entrepreneur. She operated a storefront with her late husband, Norman Becker, Sr., in Llano, TX. Following the loss of Norman Becker, Sr., she was united with Johnny Marionneaux in 2001. She was an eager traveler, and found a truly loving family in Prairieville, La . Cheryl always embraced and accentuated the "positives" in life as a means to eliminate the "negatives". She will be dearly missed and thought of daily by those who were blessed by her life. Cheryl is survived by her husband John Louis Marionneaux, daughter & son-in-law: Cherie and Jon Holt of Arlington, Tx., son: Norman Becker, Jr. and his wife Noora Becker of Kerrville, Tx., her mother: Madolyn Doyal Beeson and uncles: B.K. Doyal of Houston, Tx., and Clyde Doyal of Lakeway, Tx., son-in-laws with family: Kenny and Lynn Marionneaux, Benny and Michelle Marionneaux, Danny Marionneaux, grandchildren: John, Darren, Casey, Dillon, Little Benny, Jeremy, Travis, Houston, Benjamin, numerous great grand-children, and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband: Norman Becker, Sr. in February 2001, her grandmother: Alvin Christine Doyal in 1963 of Lecompte, La. Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 11:00 am until services at 2 pm. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery, Baton Rouge.
