A native of Kansas City, Mo., and resident of Baton Rouge, she passed away at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011, at the Hospice of Baton Rouge Butterfly Wing. She was 60 and worked as a librarian for Ascension Parish Library. She is survived by her husband, William Edward Foster; daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Foster; son, Vincent Robert Foster and fiancée Mandi Roussel; and a grandchild, Caden William Foster.
