Miranda Jean “Randye” Russelburg passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022. She was a native and resident of Prairieville, LA. Randye was an outgoing, radiant person with a great personality. Randye was a great caregiver to her mother who had multiple sclerosis. She aspired to be a nurse. She began her career as a phlebotomist, working for an ENT at Baton Rouge Surgical Center and eventually became self-employed, doing physicals for a life insurance company. She is survived by her sons, Alexander, Austin , and Jacob Lott; grandson, Elijah White; father, Merle Russelburg; sisters, Brandye Cousins and Kandye Mattingly; and brother, Andy Russelburg. She is preceded in death by her mother, Beverly “Kay” Russelburg; grandparents, Bernard and Lucille Russelburg; and J.B. and Verna Hagan. Family and Friends are invited to attend Celebration of Life on Friday, September 9, 2022 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy can be shared at Oursofh.com for the Lott family.
