Monica Lynn Daigle, age 40, a native of Pierre Part and resident of Prairieville, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017. She was preceded in death by her son, Mason Lee Daigle, her father, James "OO" Daigle, and grandparents Vivas and Sadie Daigle and Lee and Virginia Gaudet. Survived by her mother, Barbara Gaudet Daigle Webb, two brothers, Jason and Kevin Daigle, two nephews, Hunter and Logan Daigle, two nieces, Reagan (Godchild) and Lucy Daigle, her beloved canine companion "Beau", and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, who she loved dearly. A memorial gathering will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 4-9 PM for a celebration of her life. Monica was a survivor of thyroid cancer.
