Peter was a wonderful friend, and a skilled and talented leader whose work ethic and knowledge of people and management was legendary. His amazing technical knowledge was fed by a fierce curiosity coupled with precise and accurate problem solving skills. 

He could communicate effectively with anyone, whether they were drivers and technicians on the floor, or the Chief Operating Officer of British Airways in a boardroom in London. His ethical standards were uncompromising and of the highest order. Peter had the wonderful ability to motivate his colleagues to do the right thing, the right way, and enjoy every minute of the process. 

He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Barbara, I dont know where to begin. our sincere sympathy and condolences on the demise of Pete. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. I have fond memories of Pete as a great boss and a good personal friend. Kind hearted and caring person. I spent 6 years with him at Heathrow GFS and he taught me a lot.
