Known by all for his loving, giving nature, Stephen Michael Perry was called home by our Lord on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Raised in Prairieville, LA, Stephen met his beloved soulmate and wife of 12 years, Dawn Ravain Perry, at his Alma Mater LSU. There he was a proud member of the Golden Band From Tigerland and has called Baton Rouge home ever since.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Dawn; parents, Stephen Alvin Perry and Deborah Roberts Perry of Prairieville; sisters, Stephanie Breeden (Carroll Jr.) and Jennifer Cook (David); in-laws Jason Ravain (Hannah), Rhonda Mire (Jeff), and Laura Ravain; his loving mother-in-law, Maria “Marmie” Ravain; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Jessie Roberts and Wallace and Lorraine Perry. Stephen was an invaluable employee with All Safe Alarms in Gonzales for over 10 years, a proud member of Business Network International of Louisiana, an avid Crossfit enthusiast, and he enjoyed bowling and volleyball. A giving man with a big heart, Stephen always looked for ways to help others. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in his honor to St. Vincent de Paul.
