Loving wife, mother, and grandmother passed away on December 3, 2013. Willa was a resident of Prairieville, a writer, speaker, author, and LOVED to fish. She is survived by 5 sons Kenneth, Steve, Mickael, Larry, and Rickey Townsend; a sister Voncil Duncan; 14 Grandchildren; 20 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Ray Harold Townsend; son Otis Boyd Townsend; parents. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5, 2013 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales. And resume for Graveside services at Lumberton City Cemetery, Lumberton, MS on Friday, December 6, 2013 at 12:00pm. Pallbearers will be Woody Townsend, Michael Lee Townsend, Christopher Townsend, Robby Townsend, Steven Townsend, Justin Townsend, Larry Townsend Jr., and Andrew Townsend. Honorary Pallbearer will be Joe Townsend.
