Preceded in death by father, Bub Vaughn.
Survived by children, Christopher, Derrick, Dylan, Daren and Laila Vaughn; granddaughter, Kylea Vaughn; mother, Doris Dye; siblings, Michael, (Deborah), David, Buddy (Meredith), Darrell and Belinda Vaughn.
Dewayne was a wonderful and loving Daddy, son, brother and friend. He never met a stranger and would help anyone. His passion was racing mini cup cars.
A celebration of his life will be held, at 3:30 pm, Friday, August 22, 2014, at Eastland Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment to follow at Maple View Cemetery, Smyrna, TN.
Visitation will be Thursday 4-8 pm and Friday 10 am until the service at 3:30 pm.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eastland Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Nashville, TN.
