Ann Southerland passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2017; Ann was born Sunday, December 10, 1933 and is preceded in death by parents, Leila Stephenson and J. F. Southerland; siblings, Sarah Southerland, Jane Hedge, Robert Southerland, J. F. Southerland, Jr.
She is survived by her brother, J. W. Southerland and wife Loy their 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
A life resident of Nashville, she attended Glenn School, Caldwell School, Highland Heights Jr. High and graduated from East High in 1953 where she was a member of Prof. Campbell’s Glee Club. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and Aldersgate Methodist Church.
A celebration of life will be conducted 11:00 Saturday, July 1, 2017 in the chapel of Eastland Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Family and friends will gather to remember Ann at a visitation Friday, June 30, 2017 from 3:00 until 7:00 at Eastland Funeral Home 904 Gallatin Road Nashville, Tennessee 37206.
