Charlie H. Bryant

Charlie was born Wednesday, October 30, 1946 in Burkesville, Kentucky to Harold Hulen and Bessie “Lucille” Bryant. After graduating from Cumberland County High School, he went on to trade school to become a pipefitter. He retired in 2013.

Charlie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved all kinds of sports but was particularly fond of baseball and NASCAR. He was a Corvette and classic car enthusiast.

Charlie is survived by his wife of 40 years, Delores “Dee” Bryant, his five children, Jamie (Shelah) Poole, Duane (Tammy) Poole, Michelle (Dewaine) Lowe, Charlie “Chuck” (Laura) Bryant, Marla (Gary) Carver; grandchildren, Michael, Gage, Chase, Rachel, Samantha, Mason, Morgan; nieces, Tosha (Keith) Cole, Kristen (Kyle) Perry, and several great grandchildren and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 4 to 8pm and Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 10am to 2pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Memorial service will be held at 2 PM with burial to follow at 3PM at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Long Hollow Church or Alive Hospice.

A visitation for Charlie will be held Friday, August 6, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A visitation will occur Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 2:00 PM, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
