Connie L. Jenkins Moore, age 61, of Nashville, passed away Friday, April 11, 2014.
She is survived by her husband, Preston L. Moore, and a brother, James Jenkins.
A celebration of her life will take place, at 12:00 pm, on Thursday, April 17, at Faith is the Victory Church, 3344 Walton Lane. Visitation with family and friends will be from 11:00 am until service time.
