Daisy Earlene Flatt age 73 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away April 17, 2016 at home after a long illness. Earlene is preceded in death by her husband, Billy J. Flatt; parents, John W & Lorene Tuttle; sisters, Virginia Hesson, Peggy Silcox and Maggie Gray; brother, John W. Tuttle Jr.
Earlene is survived by daughters, Theresa Flatt of Murfreesboro, TN and Connie Qualls (Tim) of Murfreesboro, TN; granddaughters, Emily Berryhill (Michael), Sarah Caum and Bethany Qualls; great-grandchildren, Cayce and James Caum and Katie Gentry; sister, Louise Wilkes (Larry) of Madison, TN; a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted 11am Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Dr. Paul Jackson officiating. Entombment will follow in the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Sarah Caum, Corey Flatt, Larry Wilkes, Clay Carrigan, Michael Berryhill and Keith Gray serving as pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be Monday from 4pm until 8pm and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
