Everett Francis Green, age 95, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023. Everett was born Friday, December 9, 1927 in Nashville, Tennessee and is preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Myrtle Pitt Green; and his wife of 68 years, Betty, to whom he was so devoted to and loved.
A veteran of the US Army, served as an MP in Korea, member of Jackson Park Church and enjoyed bowling in his younger days. Everett is survived by his nephews, Harry (Pat) Miller and Nelson (Marie) Boyd along with several great nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Everett will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, Tennessee. A celebration of life will occur at graveside Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Burial with military honors will occur at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Bro. Gary Kirkendall will officiate.
