Frances Walker, 90, died Saturday, November 19, 2022. Visitation will be Tuesday 9 AM until 9 PM at Myers & Smith Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Wednesday 3 PM at Myers & Smith Chapel in Big Springs, TX.
Mrs. Walker will have a visitation from 2:30 pm until 3:30pm Thursday, December 1st, 2022 and a graveside service to follow at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville, TN.
Frances was born on September 2, 1932 in Old Hickory, TN to Ada and Roy Campbell. She married James Walker on June 28, 1952 in Kentucky. She moved to Big Spring 38 years ago from Little Rock, AR.
Frances was employed by Gideon international & central manufacturing. She loved playing piano and volunteering at Parkplace, Parkview, and Marcy Place.
Frances is survived by her husband: James Walker of Big Spring; 1 son: Jimmy Walker of Big Spring; 1 daughter: Brenda Colb of Big Spring; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents Ada & Roy Campbell.
