Hazel Ayers Ozanne Raines-age 93 passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Born in Davidson County Sunday May 19, 1918 she was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents Joe and Debbie Hitt Ayers; husband Basil Raines; daughter Gayle Gray; son Larry Ozanne; grandson Joey Gray.
She is survived by daughters Peggy (Doug) Starfford, Patsy (Ronald) Draper, Carolyn Cook, Dean Robinson; son David (Leona) Rames; sisters Ruth Matchak, Eleanor Hitt; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be 12:00 noon. Friday at Forest Lawn, Bro. Mike Mayo officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends will gather for a visitation Thursday November 10, 2011 from 4:00 – 8:00 and two hours prior the service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Goodlettsville, TN.
