FRANKLIN, Jackie M., age 59, of Nashville, passed away September 20, 2013. He is preceded in death by parents, Millard and Marie Franklin; sister, Margaret Kay Holt. Jackie is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Mildred Loyd Franklin; daughters, Misty Shawn (Jonathan) Cain and Danielle (Brad) Mundy; brother, Mickey (Linda) Franklin; sisters, Wanda (Jim) Ettell, Gayl (Glenn) Hinton and Vicky (Tim) Molina; grandchildren, Holly and Hunter Cain and Brianna Mundy; several nieces and nephews.
Jackie graduated high school from East High School. He worked for American Paper and Twine Company for 40 years. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
There will be a gathering to celebrate Jackie's life on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 12 noon til 2 p.m. at Eastland Funeral Home.
