Joseph Albert Cyr, III of Goodlettsville, Tennessee went to be with the Lord Thursday, July 5, 2012. Joe was born Friday, December 3, 1954 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Joseph Albert and Miriam Grace McCann Cyr. Joe is also preceded in death by his brother Robert Cyr.
A veteran of the US Army, a truck driver and an avid bowler, Joe is survived by his wife of 27 years, Yukiko Sato Cyr; his sisters, Susan (Frank) Montalto and Helen (Mike) Rubin; nephews, Danny, Frank and Bobby.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Chaplain Frank Mathews and Frank Montalto officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial be made to the Sumner County Animal Shelter. 16 Volunteer Drive Gallatin, TN
