Kenny Davis Bloodworth, aged 69, passed away peacefully on January 9th after a courageous 20-year battle with kidney disease.
Kenny was a faithful son, brother, and father. His greatest gifts were his daughters and grandchildren.
Kenny was a graduate of Hendersonville High School and lived most of his life in Hendersonville, Tennessee. He was a jack of all trades and worked for years in the commercial construction industry. His loyalty and level of expertise was an asset to all who knew him. After the death of his father, Kenny moved to Sarasota, Florida to provide company and care for his mother. Kenny will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his willingness to help any family member; especially his devotion to his daughters, mother (Dorothy Bloodworth) and grandmother (Mama Frey).
Kenny is preceded in death by his parents Jesse and Dorothy (Frey) Bloodworth, and his beloved niece Kelly Coleman. He is survived by his siblings: Barry Coleman (Jan), Deborah Claiborne (Charles), and twin brother Kerry Bloodworth. His daughter Rachel Martin (Scott) and grandson Shawn. His daughter Lauren Bloodworth (Casey Hodgin) and granddaughters Kinsley, Briley and Sidney. Kenny was a loving member of the Frey family and is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens 1150 S. Dickerson Pike Goodlettsville, TN 37072 on January 20th from 11am-1pm.
