Lenora Joy Chance McMahon

Lenora Joy Chance McMahon - age 77, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2013. She was born Saturday, May 4, 1935 in Madison, Tennessee and is preceded in death by her parents, Elvin Claude and Melinda Elizabeth Medlin Chance; her husband Billy and son, Doug.

A nurse for McKendree Health Care and then a homemaker who enjoyed working in her yard and her flowers gardens. She is survived by her children, Kyle (Toni) McMahon, Jack (Candy) McMahon, Jill (Robert) Writesman; daughter-in-law, Janet McMahon; sister, Nancy Burroughs; brother, Homer Chance; 10 grandchildren, Benjamin Ausbrooks, Christie Kenney, Jenny Moore, Mark McMahon, Katie Blair, Tonya Smith, Sylvia McMahon, Jack McMahon, Jr., Steven McMahon, Marcus Writesman; and 13 great-grandchildren, Cassidy Young, Brittany Smith, Chelsey Moore, Ethan Moore, Blues McMahon, Marley McMahon, Izzy McMahon, Dylan Blair, Brandon Blair, Brody Blair, Bella Blair, Morgan Ausbrooks, Sadie Ausbrooks, Elli Ausbrooks.

Funeral services will be 2:00 Wednesday, January 9, 2013 in the chapel of Forest Lawn, Norman Slate officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
