Mary Patricia Harmon Arnold

Mary Patricia (Harmon) Arnold was called to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. She was 83 years old and preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Walter Arnold; brother, Joseph Patrick Harmon, Jr.; parents, Joseph Patrick Harmon, Sr. and Florence Agnes Harmon.

Mary was born in Louisville, Kentucky on Thursday, December 4, 1930, grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and called Nashville home for over 40 years. She was an active member in her church, St. Joseph Catholic Church in Madison, Tennessee; serving in the Women’s Club and was a member of the Ladies of Charity.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Ann Arnold, Nashville, TN; Joseph Richard (Sara) Arnold, Rock Hill, SC; Mary Dorothy (Dotti) (Jason) Parkerson, Loudon, TN; sisters, Ann Harmon Simms, Joan (John) Luzon, and Judith (Richard) Baldwin, all of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Adam Arnold, Lexington, KY, Jill (Sam) Kennady, Simpsonville, SC; Caitlin (Brandon) Tillman and Taylor Parkerson, Knoxville, TN; and one great-grandson, Cole Kennady.

Services will be held 10:00 Saturday in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Fr. Ed Steiner officiating. Burial will follow Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Adam Arnold, Sam Kennady, Thomas Simms, Jon Kipp, Nicholas Harmon, Joseph Harmon, III.

Family and friends will gather to remember Mrs. Arnold at a visitation Friday May 16, 2014 from 4:00 until 8:00 at Forest Lawn 1150 South Dickerson Road Goodlettsville, TN 37072
